Andre Franchini Joins WHL Consulting Andre Franchini is a graduate from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) majoring in tourism. During his time at UFMG, he went on a trainee program to Vail, Colorado to work at the Marriott Resort to gain experience in the hospitality and travel field. Right after a quick return to Brazil, he then went abroad again, now to Sun Peaks, Canada, where he worked in the hotel business for the second time. Although Andre liked working with hotels, he knew there was a lot of work to be done in Brazil to get tourism developed properly and to get as much of the tourism industry to practice responsible and sustainable tourism. Before getting his bachelor’s degree, he was introduced to whl.travel, fell in love and joined the team. Currently doing a post-graduation program in digital media productions at PUC-Minas to improve his web skills, he now joins WHL Consulting splitting time as a project manager for development projects in Brazil and working with the new WHL Group Advantage Plus services. |
