Zachary Rozga of WHL Consulting Lends Expertise to USAID Competitive Amenia Private Sector Project (CAPS)Zachary Rozga, CEO of WHL Consulting, was contracted by the USAID funded CAPS program this month to lend his expertise on Information Technology and its application to the tourism sector. This was an important project for WHL Consulting as it was the first project in Central Asia and the first project with USAID. Zachary spent 16 days in Armenia and met with a number of firms from both sectors, academics and government officials. The capstone of the project was the hosting of a summit on April 14th for the two sectors to interact. The event was well received and generated quite a large amount of local press.
