Market Access Program in Cape VerdeCountry and region: Cape Verde, Africa RegionProject date: 3/5/2007 Client: IFC, Millennium Development Corporation Cape Verde Developed and designed a survey to develop a comprehensive database of the tourism products on all the islands of Cape Verde. The intention was to create a spread of the benefits of the WHL project to include SME product owners on some of the lesser visited outer islands. The survey was also undertaken to determine the viability of which islands to include in the portal and which needed transportation infrastucture development. WHLC utilized a team of professional photographers and travel writers for digital content collection of the SME tourism providers. This project was also accompanied by the IFC SMART Program in Cape Verde. Back to projects list |
