Zachary Rozga worked in a team of four consultants all from a different spectrum of the tourism development arena. On the team there was a GIS expert, a destination management expert, a social network expert and Zachary was the promotion and commercialization expert. The assignment included the development of training material to be provided to group of selected regional consultants and MIF staff on the modern promotion and commercialization techniques most appropriate in today's tourism market. The material and training were delivered to group of consultants and MIF staff in Panama City in November 2008. The final step was to assist in the preparation of a manual to guide the promotion and commercialization strategy for consultants and MIF staff when in the design and implementation of the 2nd generation of MIF Sustainable Tourism Cluster projects.
