WHL Consulting is in a good position to leverage the experience and staff of the whl.travel tech team in the area of online database development and regional web portal construction. WHL Consulting has built these types of applications for clients like the IFC/FIAS, the UNWTO. We have also built commercial booking applications for tour operators and online travel agents. Our latest project was entitled the Tourism Sector Diagnostic Tool database, field application and reporting modules for the IFC/FIAS.WHL Consulting intends to deliver these services to donor clients, MPOs, tourism boards and relevant partners where it makes sense.
