The WHL Group is in the process of implementing a number of development projects in Africa, Eastern Europe and Latin America. Many of these projects require short-term assignments in a wide variety of disciplines. WHL Consulting is the implementing and contracting entity for these projects. In addition, WHL Consulting is headquarted in our North America & Caribbean Branch office in Seattle, WA, USA and manages the human resources for the region.
