Business Edge Tourism Program - VietnamCountry and region: Vietnam, Southeast Asia and the Pacific RegionProject date: 5/15/2007 Client: IFC, MPDF Zachary Rozga of WHL Consulting worked as an independent consultant for the IFC MPDF Business Edge program. The Business Edge, which is a highly successful adult education program that was pioneered by the IFC in Southeast Asia and since delivered in various other parts of the world, decided to create a specialized set of courses to target the hospitality industry. Zachary was contracted to research, develop, design and write the content for a one-day workshop course on sustainable tourism: “Running a Sustainable Tourism Business: How to get more guests and longer stays.” The Business Edge course outline can be viewed here. The process that Zachary undertook with the Business Edge team was invaluable in the development of the WHL Consulting Market Access Training Seminar material. The Business Edge uses a very detailed and rigourous process to first design the course material, but then also to deliver it to adult professionals.
